The consistency to stick with your class, the flexibility to switch time slots when you need to.

Bootcamp classes are 45 minutes long and include a warm-up and cool-down. Classes in the studio never exceed 20 people, so you have direct access to our expert coaches who will guide your workout every step of the way. Plus, workouts are different every day! We have time slots to fit any schedule and your first class is always free.

THE BENEFITS

Flexibility.

When you sign up with EmpowHER’s monthly programs, you sign up for a dedicated class time. However, if you can’t make it to class, you can also post your time in our private Facebook Group and pick up another time in exchange.

Support.

EmpowHER sisters are there for each other. Whether it’s perfectly timed words of encouragement, a high five, or helpful advice - we support each other. Sandy ensures everyone has what they need - from welcoming babies in the studio for maternity leave moms to group chats for each group.

Customization.

Our expert coaches understand that many people will need help, accommodations, and adjustments to workouts based on injuries and levels of experience with fitness. Never fear - we have the expertise, equipment, and ability to adjust our workouts to suit every bootcamper.

Community.

While our workouts are great, it’s the amazing community of strong, supportive women that keeps everyone coming back. For most people, it’s difficult to stay consistent with workout routines, but having a certain group waiting for you provides you the motivation and accountability you need to be successful.

  • Three classes per week
    $125.00/month +hst

  • Two classes per week
    $110.00/month +hst

  • 10 classes that can be used for any time slot.
    $115.00 +hst

  • $17.00 per class +hst
